The Executive Board is the highest administrative body at BRASSCOM, responsible for determining the political guidelines for the association.

Every two years, voting associates will meet in a General Assembly to elect the Board members and the association´s Executive President. The last General Assembly re-elected BRASSCOM´s Executive President, Antonio Carlos Rego Gil.

Executives from member companies elected the new members of the Brasscom Administrative Board. Rogério Oliveira, president of IBM Latin America. Laércio Cosentino, president of TOTVS, Jair Ribeiro, president of the Executive Committee of CPM Braxis, and Marco Stefanini, president of Stefanini were re-elected as vice-presidents.

Benjamin Quadros, president of BRQ, José Carlos Villela, of Accenture, Jaques Depocas, president of HSBC Global Technology Center Brasil, Oscar Clarke, president of HP/EDS, Cláudio Vita Filho, commercial vice president of Itautec, Luiz Mattar, president of TIVIT, and Hélio Santos Oliveira, president of Politec, remain on the Brasscom Administrative Board. Vice president of Dedic-GPTI, Fábio Pereira, and president of Resource, Gilmar Batistela, have also now joined the Brasscom Board.
